A L'Olivier Toasted Hazelnut Oil 250ml

This Toasted Hazelnut Oil is especially good on roasted root vegetables such as squash, and A L’Olivier also recommend it drizzled over Jerusalem Artichoke soup. Pressed in their mill at Poitou, the nuts are first gentley toasted before being crushed in a stone mill and put through a hydraulic press to release their precious oil. With its rich flavour, this oil is extremely versatile and works well as a dressing for steamed vegetables or as a base for more robust salads such as duck breast or goats' cheese.
