Alziari Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ml

This mild and delicate oil is made from the native small, maroon-coloured Cailletier olive; in the interests of full disclosure, however, we do believe that the producers buy in some oil to add to the mix. Ideal for using in cooking or making a fresh mayonnaise, the olive oil has a rich, buttery texture, with gentle flavours of ripe avocado and banana, and some creamy almond notes on the finish. Even if it is not made entirely from Nicoise olives, it is Nicoise in style. Comes spectacularly packaged in the Alziari blue and gold tin.
